MetaCore

-Introduction: MetaCore™ is mainly used to perform functional analysis of various types of high-throughput biological experiment data, including biochip data, metabolomics data, serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE), proteomics data, miRNA analysis, data search and other functions. The MetaCore™ analysis platform is a unique, high-accuracy database that is completely calibrated manually. It includes data on various protein-protein and protein-DNA or RNA interaction networks, various transcription factors, biological information transmission and metabolic response pathways, and various biologically active molecules. It can construct visualization of various data analysis and provide a variety of network construction algorithms. The entire analysis is carried out in a process, making it easy to operate.
