Dear University Leaders, Faculty Members, and Colleagues,
This training session will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the applications of QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) in proteomics and phosphoproteomics research. The course begins with fundamental concepts, introducing IPA installation requirements and core functionalities, along with demonstrations on how to construct customized analysis networks to help researchers quickly become familiar with the platform.
Participants will engage in hands-on practice, including data upload procedures, analysis configuration, and condition filtering workflows. The session will also explain how to interpret biologically meaningful changes from analytical results. In addition, the course will introduce the IPA Interpret interactive interface, integrating AI-assisted analysis to enhance the efficiency of data interpretation.
Finally, through Analysis Match and Comparison Analysis, participants will learn how to compare research findings with existing databases and perform visualization analyses, enabling more contextualized insights and deeper scientific interpretation.
