Dear colleagues,
This training session will be a hands-on workshop using heart failure as an example. Starting with a user-defined candidate gene list, we will demonstrate how to utilize the bioinformatics platform MetaCore to examine the relationship between the candidate genes and heart failure, and to identify additional genes associated with the disease.
We will then conduct pathway and functional enrichment analysis to identify key pathways related to heart failure and compare them with the original candidate gene list. Finally, using network construction tools, we will explore upstream and downstream relationships and indirect interactions among these genes to help clarify the potential molecular mechanisms of heart failure.
Session Details:
Date: Monday, December 22
Time: 14:00 – 16:00
Location: Google Meet Virtual Conference Room
